The Sindex jumped 50 points today on the back of Peter Blackshaw’s declared intention to start auctioning his client’s rental properties to prospective tenants. Analysts predict conditions to strengthen if these auctions are formally introduced in the ACT, with further rallies expected with the onset of the christmas party season.
